Job summary

BIMQP is seeking an Architectural BIM Modeler to develop, coordinate, and maintain building information models using Revit and other BIM tools. You will create accurate 3D models, prepare construction documents, and work with multidisciplinary teams to meet project requirements and BIM standards.

The role involves creating detailed drawings for design, construction, and as-built stages, coordinating with Structural and MEP teams, and ensuring adherence to BIM templates and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM standards; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Job description
