Job summary

Mantras2Success is seeking a BIM Architect in Bengaluru to develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and related software. You will coordinate architecture, structure, and MEP models to ensure accuracy and design integrity, while supporting BIM workflows and adherence to company standards.

You will produce construction documents directly from BIM, conduct model audits, clash detection, and participate in BEP implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in BIM-based architectural design and documentation.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, design coordination, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD definitions, and BEP implementation.

Responsibilities
