Based in Dehradun, the role requires strong drafting skills, knowledge of US-based project practices, and ability to produce construction documents with accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications

• Must have B.Arch. degree.
• 2–5 years BIM/architectural modeling experience.
• Experience on residential/commercial/institutional projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes and standards.
• Willing to work from Dehradun location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect with 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM). The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural drawings, 3D modeling, BIM workflows, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
• Create and update BIM models in accordance with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP models.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling discrepancies.
• Prepare schedules, quantity take-offs, and documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience working on US-based architectural BIM projects.
• Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit for developing BIM models and preparing architectural construction documentation in accordance with US project standards.
• Strong understanding of applicable US building codes, architectural standards, construction practices, and drawing conventions.
• Experience coordinating with US-based architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with US BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and quality control procedures.
• Experience using Autodesk Navisworks for multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection is required.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, and model coordination.
• Knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Architecture (B.Arch. is mandatory).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in BIM and architectural modeling.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or institutional projects is preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work from our Dehradun location.
