Job summary

V3 Staffing in Bengaluru is seeking a BIM/Revit engineer specialized in MEP design, firefighting, sprinkler and suppression systems, and detailed BIM modelling in Revit.

You will handle clash checks, coordination with MEP teams, and BIM360 collaboration, while developing parametric families and schedules and ensuring alignment with global client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Autodesk Revit MEP for design and detailing.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD modeling using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection Systems design.
• Experience with BIM360 Collaboration and ACC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models for engineering services including MEP systems.
• Check clashes within and between services using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with MEP services to align with project schedule.
• Prepare BIM models with sprinklers, mechanical equipment, valves, and pipe routing in Revit.
• Create parametric families and schedules in Revit.

JD/Skills we are looking for

• Responsible for.
• • BIMRevit designing for engineering services which includes Mechanical - Firefighting Sprinkler and suppression Systems as per the designed CAD drawings, markup, and able to perform detailed Design.
  • Checking the clashes within and between services using Navisworks Manage software and expunges according to the clash report.
  • Coordination with MEP services with the program schedule.
  • Preparation BIM model with Placing Sprinklers & Mechanical Equipments, Valves & accessories provide Pipe routing & in Revit.
  • Strong Knowledge and Preparation of Revit parametric families, schedules, construction documents, Shop Drawings, and as-built Drawings using Revit MEP.
  • Working in BIM360 Collaboration and ACC (In-hand experience).
  • Manage medium-sized projects Individually and work with the Team on Big Projects.
  • Meeting and coordinating with Global client son project basis.
