Aristocrat Leisure in India (AR Delivery Hub) is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our finance operations. You will ensure billing accuracy, support invoicing, and coordinate with Americas and APAC regions.

The role emphasizes utilizing AI-enabled tools, maintaining SOPs, chasing SLA compliance, and driving process improvements across regional portfolios to scale our billing operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or shared services experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, customer portals, and shared inbox/work queues.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage customer concerns.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools, automation, dashboards and productivity apps.

Responsabilidades

• Perform standardized billing: invoices, recurring billing, portal uploads, and distribution.
• Support billing queue, correct invoices, and standard credits/rebills.
• Maintain billing documentation, status tracking, and SLA reporting.
• Handle complex billing issues and pricing questions; escalate when needed.
• Follow billing SOPs, quality controls, and regional requirements.
• Provide cross-training and backup across regional billing portfolios.
• Use AI-enabled and automated tools for billing tasks and documentation.
• Identify billing exceptions and automation opportunities; inform Hub Manager.

If you are ambitious, diligent, and ready to make a difference, we want you on our team!What You'll DoPerform standardized billing processes including invoice creation, recurring billing, customer portal uploads, and invoice distribution.Support billing queue management and process first-pass invoice corrections and standard credit/rebill activities.Maintain comprehensive billing documentation, status tracking, and SLA reporting.Address complex billing issues, contract/pricing questions, and customer concerns, raising them to regional billing owners or AR Resolution as needed.Adhere strictly to billing SOPs, quality controls, and regional service requirements.Provide cross-training and backup coverage across regional billing portfolios.Apply approved AI-enabled and automated tools for billing tasks and documentation.Identify and flag billing exceptions, process gaps, and opportunities for automation improvements to the Hub Manager and regional billing leads.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or shared services.Strong attention to detail with proven ability to follow SOPs and controls meticulously.Proficiency with ERP systems, customer portals, and shared inbox/work queue processes is preferred.Excellent written communication skills and effective management of customer concerns.Comfort with using AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, dashboards, and standard productivity applications to improve process accuracy and scalability.This job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
