Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices accurately for products and services to ensure timely revenue generation.
• Resolve customer claims and billing disputes end-to-end in SAP BRIM to maintain client trust.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and other departments to understand claims and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Implement proactive strategies to prevent recurring billing issues and disputes.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer claims, resolutions, and communications in line with policy.
• Act as main contact for customers regarding billing disputes with excellent service.
• Analyze trends in claims to identify systemic problems and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on claims, resolutions and improvements for management.
• Provide training to internal teams on billing practices and SAP BRIM functionalities.

POSITION

We are seeking a skilled Billing Issue Resolution Specialist (all genders) to join our team, focusing on addressing customer claims and resolving billing disputes. In this role, your expertise in efficient invoicing processes and your dedication to customer satisfaction will be pivotal in ensuring accurate billing and maintaining strong client relationships.

CHALLENGE

• Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently for products and services provided to clients to ensure timely revenue generation
• Manage and oversee the end-to-end resolution of customer claims and billing disputes (within the SAP BRIM system) to enhance customer trust and contribute to positive client experiences
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant departments to understand the nature of customer claims and identify root causes of billing discrepancies
• Implement proactive strategies to prevent recurring billing issues and disputes, working towards a sustainable solution
• Maintain accurate and up-to‑date records of customer claims, resolutions, and communication in compliance with company policies to ensure transparency, compliance, and the ability to learn from past resolutions
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding billing disputes, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and satisfactory issue resolution
• Analyze trends and patterns in customer claims to identify systemic problems and recommend process improvements
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on customer claims, resolutions, and improvement initiatives for management review
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on proper billing practices, dispute resolution procedures, and SAP BRIM functionalities to enhance team capabilities and reducing errors

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience as a Billing Specialist (in a related field), with a strong focus on customer claims and issue resolution

Domain Expertise:

• Proficiency in SAP BRIM beneficial/Experience in SAP/Navision beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex billing data, identify patterns, and develop strategic solutions for long-term issue resolution
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
