Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in India is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM configuration specialist within the S/4HANA environment to lead design, configuration, testing and deployment of BRIM across business units.

You will translate business requirements into system solutions, manage data migration, training, and hyper-care support, while coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth integration with operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business, CS, or equivalent with at least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle BRIM implementations / rollouts & support in S/4HANA with SOM, CI, CC and FI-CA.
• Hands-on BRIM configuration and end-to-end billing experience.
• Understanding of SAP Best Practices in BRIM and SD integrations.
• Experience in S/4HANA environment and Fiori applications.
• Strong English communication; self-driven and motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in tight timelines.
• SAP S/4HANA Certification in SAP BRIM.
• Knowledge of embedded analytics, Fiori UX, SAP Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to SAP BTP or cloud BRIM extensions.
• Basic ABAP debugging or familiarity with enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy BRIM configuration according to S/4HANA best practices.
• Coordinate with Workstream managers and Solution Architects across Sales, Customer Service, operations, finance and product management.
• Analyze business requirements for subscription order management, billing, contract management and convergent charging.
• Configure BRIM components SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA.
• Create/maintain WRICEF specifications.
• Perform configuration, testing, migration, cutover, go-live and hyper-care.
• Support incidents or change requests post go-live.

Responsible to deliver design and system configuration for the BRIM module in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful rollout and adoption of standardized Service-to-Cash processes across business units. The candidate is responsible for translating business requirements into system solutions, managing data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, while aligning with SAP best practices and project timelines.

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Being part of Global IT team and responsible for SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) configuration and associated developments are designed, built, tested & deployed according to S/4 HANA best practices.


• Facilitate and support workstream managers / Solution Architects & leads right from requirement gathering, solution design with focus on Sales and Customer Service processes and integration of same with operations, finance & product management workstreams.


• Analyse business requirements related to subscription order management, subscription billing, contract management, and convergent charging.


• Configure and customize SAP BRIM components including SOM (Subscription Order Management), CC (Convergent Charging), CI (Convergent Invoicing), and FI-CA (Contract Accounting).


• Responsible for creating/maintaining functional specifications for WRICEF (Workflow, Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Forms) objects.


• Perform configuration, testing, training, migration, cutover, go-live and hyper care activities.


• Support incidents or change requests for the live Business units.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Bachelor / master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline is required with minimum 5 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries.


• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in BRIM module in S/4 HANA projects with related modules SOM, CI, CC and FI-CA.


• Hands‑on experience in configuring BRIM components and managing end‑to‑end billing cycles.


• Understanding on SAP Best Practices in BRIM and SD modules and their integrations & technology.


• Experience in S/4HANA environment and Fiori applications.


• Strong communication skills in English, self‑driven and motivated.


• Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline


• SAP S/4 HANA Certification in SAP BRIM.


• Knowledge of new features in SAP S/4HANA like embedded analytics, user experience using Fiori, SAP cloud platform


• Exposure to SAP BTP or cloud‑based BRIM extensions.


• Basic ABAP debugging or familiarity with enhancement frameworks.
