Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking individuals to contribute across functions within the organization as part of a team, with emphasis on documentation and SOP updates. You will support supervisors in reporting and basic operations, while making guideline-based decisions in ambiguous situations.

The role requires tolerance for night shifts and on-site work, with a focus on meeting defined SLA targets and performing under pressure while juggling multiple tasks.

• Coordinate with onshore partners when required.
