Responsibilities

• Thorough in quantity take off from drawing/costing.
• Preparation Rate Analysis / Cost Estimate, Quantity Surveying (Civil and MEP).
• Generation of Purchase requisition
• Checking / Scrutiny of Vendors , Contractor Billing including checklist, pour card, other relevant compliances Bill Certification etc.
• Quantity reconciliation of Contractor bills wrt BOQ.
• Preparation of Reconciliation of Materials
• Adequate knowledge of Specification, Work Methodology, Work Order, Purchase Order etc.
• Preparation Budget monitoring reports.
• Preparation of monthly working plan and updation.
• DPR updation
• Maintaining of Drawing register, coordination and correspondences
