Job summary

SOBHA is seeking an experienced Billing Engineer in Gurugram to manage project billing, BOQ preparation, and cost control for residential high-rise developments.

The role requires 5–7 years in billing and quantity surveying, with strong knowledge of RA Bills, rate analysis, MS Excel, and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with execution teams and prepare monthly progress reports to ensure timely billing and accurate cost tracking.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, rate analysis, and quantity estimation.
• Experience in residential high-rise building projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of billing procedures, contractual terms, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
• Handle measurements, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation.
• Verify contractor bills against actual site measurements and BOQ.
• Coordinate with project execution and planning teams for billing requirements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
• Prepare billing statements, MIS reports, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of bills.
• Handle reconciliation of materials and quantities.
