Job summary

What Youll Do

Lead and oversee end-to-end billing operations across multiple advisory programs and products, including Retirement Plan Consulting, Institutional Consulting, Financial Planning, and Mutual Funds. Serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and resolution on complex billing and compensation matters. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate risk across global processes. Develop and implement process automation and technology solutions to optimize workflows and improve client experience. Manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge transfer across geographies. Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs, monitor performance, and deliver continuous improvement aligned with business objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Youll lead the Wealth Management USA Billing Operations team, which provides critical support for billing functions such as invoice generation, payment processing, outstanding income reporting, reconciliation, and responding to compensation questions from branch employees, clients, and product owners.

Your expertise

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.

Experience: Minimum 8+ years in operations, with at least 35 years in a leadership role managing large teams and complex processes. Expertise in reconciliation, trade corrections, and back-office operations is a plus. Strong understanding of advisory programs and account billing operations.

Proven experience managing global teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Skills & Competencies: Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities at all levels, including executive stakeholders. Advanced math and Excel proficiency; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus. Deep knowledge of compliance standards, operational controls, and risk management frameworks.
