Job summary

HCLTech in Chennai is seeking an OTC Billing professional for a US shift, work from office. You will process daily billing, handle failed transactions, resolve billing issues from SAP, and prepare invoices for accuracy.

You will meet KPIs and SLAs, submit invoices on time, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. 2–6 years in OTC Billing with SAP experience preferred, and solid MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2 - 6 years of experience in OTC Billing, Dispute resolution in Billing.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
