Job summary

Venpa Staffing in Bengaluru is hiring a Team Lead / Senior Billing Analyst to oversee end-to-end billing operations using SAP, handle O2C and AR billing, generate and reconcile invoices, and manage disputes. The role involves US night shift, onsite in Bengaluru, with 7+ years of experience and 0–15 days notice.

You will support margin accuracy, client communications, and billing for US-based/global MNCs, reporting to the billing leadership. Competitive CTC based on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong Accounts Receivable / O2C experience.
• Expertise in Invoice & Billing Processing.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• SAP S/4HANA – Added Advantage.
• Experience in Manual / Adhoc Billing.
• Fixed Price Billing, Time & Material (T&M) Billing, Milestone / Lumpsum Billing.
• Experience working with US/global MNC clients.
