Job summary

Latinum HR Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bidding and RFP processes for global clients across industries. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Solutions, Transition, Delivery, Pricing, Transformation, and Geo teams to craft compelling proposals.

You will prepare deal briefs, RASCI matrices, bid calendars, and executive summaries, manage MOMs and escalations, and ensure submission-ready documents reach Sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in BPS preferred.
• Strong understanding of F&A, HR, supply chain and procurement processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bidding and RFP process as the SPOC.
• Prepare deal briefs, RASCI matrices, bid calendars, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Transition, Delivery, Pricing, Transformation, Geo, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive stakeholder follow-ups, governance calls, MOMs, and escalations.
• Consolidate responses across service towers and coordinate solution and commercial reviews.
• Manage leadership reviews and ensure submission-ready documents handed to Sales.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and client visits as required.
• Maintain high standards of bid quality and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare deal briefs, RASCI matrices, bid calendars, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Transition, Delivery, Pricing, Transformation, Geo, and other cross-functional teams.

• Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and business content writing.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and customer management skills.
