Job summary

Awign in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced BI Leader to own end-to-end analytics delivery and mentor a team of BI engineers. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive dashboards from discovery to adoption across the business.

You will connect BI tools to AWS Data Lakes and Data Warehouses, ensure data governance and security, optimize performance, and promote self-service analytics with GenAI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in BI, analytics or data visualization.
• Strong experience with BI tools like Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, Metabase, Apache Superset.
• Experience leading end-to-end BI projects from requirements to delivery and adoption.
• Experience working with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of BI engineers/analysts.
• Good understanding of AWS data and analytics ecosystem.
• Experience connecting BI tools to Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI dashboards aligned to business goals.
