Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated BI Team Lead with 6–8 years of experience in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience in BI production support, and proven leadership in managing a team. Familiarity with ITIL processes and willingness to work in shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, ensuring delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.

·Oversee the daily operations of BI production support, ensuring SLAs and incident response metrics are met.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

·Manage and optimize reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks.

·Handle incident management, change management, and problem management in alignment with ITIL best practices.

·Proactively monitor BI platforms and address performance issues or system downtimes.

·Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including root cause analysis (RCA) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

·Coordinate shift-based activities and ensure handovers between shifts are documented and seamless.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·6–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks.

·Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead role managing a BI support or development team.

·Strong understanding of BI production support environments, including issue triaging and root cause analysis.

·Hands-on experience with data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design.

·Familiarity with Azure services, data pipelines, and data lakes is highly desirable.

·Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working in ITIL-governed environments.

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Flexibility to work in shifts (including night shifts, if required).
