Job summary

Omnicom Global Solutions is hiring a BI Analyst to join an international analytics team. You will solve complex business problems using advanced analytics and predictive modeling, and you will lead reporting projects for clients.

Expect hybrid work across multiple cities and close collaboration with data scientists and marketing analytics teams. You will develop dashboards, visualize data, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Science
• Advanced or expert knowledge of SQL
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker, Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Expert in building, documenting, and managing recurring dashboards
• Knowledge of ML models in production
• Customer-oriented and strong analytical thinking
• Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Experience with Looker, Google Analytics, and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Python

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon - Hybrid

Shift Timing: 11am - 8pm

About The Role

As a part of an international team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning experts with diverse backgrounds, you will be responsible for

• Solving complex business challenges using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or other advanced statistical modeling.
• Analyze and visualize data to generate actionable insights for clients
• Lead internal projects and represent BI within the company
• Consulting/supporting clients in the area of data science/ML/AI
• Continuous collaboration with the digital analytics department to develop complex queries for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting
• Interface with customers and stakeholders, gathering requirements and supporting end-to-end reporting solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Science
• Bachelors degree in information management, mathematics, statistics, finance, etc. or comparable professional experience
• Advanced or expert knowledge of SQL
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Looker/Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Expert in building, documenting, and managing recurring dashboards
• Knowledge of technical and methodological aspects of running ML models in production
• Customer-oriented and strong analytical thinking
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and colleagues
