In Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with analytics, IT, and operations teams to translate complex data into clear visuals and reports. The role requires 4–7 years in BI/analytics and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in BI, reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong Snowflake data platform experience.
• Experience with QNXT healthcare data (claims, membership, provider, eligibility).
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and validation.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI.
• Analyse QNXT datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation with Snowflake and SQL.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a BI Analyst with strong experience in Snowflake, QNXT healthcare data, and business intelligence reporting. The role will focus on analysing, interpreting, and visualising healthcare and operational data to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage Snowflake, SQL, and BI tools to create datasets, build dashboards, perform data validation, and support data-driven decision-making.

BI Analyst – Snowflake & QNXT

Experience: 4–7 Years

Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI
• Analyse QNXT data, including claims, eligibility, provider, and membership datasets, to generate actionable business insights.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and visualisations for stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Create and manage reporting datasets and analytical data models within Snowflake.
• Monitor key business and operational metrics and provide recommendations based on data findings.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.
• Support root-cause analysis and data quality initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business users, operations teams, and data engineers to understand reporting requirements.
• Present findings and insights to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives through reporting and analytical recommendations.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake Data Platform.
• Experience working with QNXT healthcare data (Claims, Membership, Provider, Eligibility).
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, analysis, and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Strong data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS services such as S3 and Glue.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of healthcare payer or managed care business processes.
• Experience working with large‑scale datasets and data warehouses.
