PSG Global Solutions, LLC seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to join on-site in Baner, Pune for a 6-month contract. The role covers data warehousing, ETL, and BI reporting with a night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. 2-3 years of experience and a strong SQL background are required.

Responsibilities include dbt-based data orchestration, building dashboards in Domo and Omni, and integrating Salesforce and NetSuite data. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Ops is essential.

Qualifications

Employment type: 6 months of contractual role

Job Summary

The Data Analyst Intern will embed with Organizations Data & Analytics team to work on a variety of data related projects. This role will be exposed to the full data lifecycle- including, but not limited to, understanding & documenting requirements, working with transactional system data, ensuring data quality, building ETL packages, integrating new sources into the data warehouse, creating reporting & business intelligence, and exploring predictive analytics, artificial intelligence & machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Modelling & Orchestration: Build, optimize, and maintain robust data transformation pipelines using dbt within a Snowflake data warehouse environment.
• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, interactive dashboards and data models in Domo and Omni to support executive and departmental reporting.
• Source System Integration: Clean, model, and analyze complex datasets originating from cloud applications, primarily CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to gather reporting requirements, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and deliver self-service analytics solutions.
• Data Governance & Quality: Implement automated data quality checks, maintain documentation (such as dbt docs), and ensure a single source of truth across all business metrics.

Required Skills/ Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Core Warehouse Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Snowflake (writing optimized SQL, understanding architecture, and managing performance).
• Data Transformation: Strong proficiency with dbt (data build tool) for version-controlled data modelling, testing, and documentation.
• BI Tool Expertise: Proven experience building advanced semantic layers and visualizations in Domo and Omni (or similar modern BI tools like Looker).
• Business Applications: Hands‑on experience modelling and analysing schema structures from Salesforce and NetSuite
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL mastery is strictly required. Familiarity with Git workflows and command-line interfaces is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
