Job summary

The iScale in Bangalore is seeking a post-sales Customer Success Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and value delivery for healthcare and life sciences clients.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams across time zones to improve customer experience and drive measurable outcomes through effective communication and project management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in healthcare, pharma, or data analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with healthcare or life sciences data.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver results effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
