Job summary

Wenger & Watson is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines across healthcare data platforms in India. The role emphasizes Snowflake, AWS services, and modern data warehousing best practices to enable accurate reporting and analytics for payer, provider, and member data.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ETL/ELT development, data modelling, and strong SQL proficiency, with exposure to BI tools and data orchestration (e.g., Airflow).

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Step Functions).
• SQL and Data Modelling.
• Python or Spark.
• ETL/ELT Development.
• Experience working with QNXT healthcare platforms, claims, eligibility, provider, and membership data.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and agile development methodologies.
