Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru invites you to join as a SAP Program Manager leading AMS, migration and implementation efforts. You will coordinate with business users and senior leadership, manage incidents, changes and SLA/KPI benchmarks, and drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA initiatives across modules.

You will guide project lifecycles from development to go-live and post‑go‑live support, estimate effort and timelines, mentor teams, and seek continuous optimization

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA and AMS support landscape experience.
• Incident, problem, and change management with SLA adherence.
• Experience with Solution Manager / ServiceNow.
• End-to-end AMS support incl. root cause analysis.
• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation experience including migration and cutover.
• Willingness to extended support during critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP projects including implementation, migration, and AMS engagements.
• Lead teams and provide periodic updates to customers.
• Estimate effort, timelines, and dependencies for change requests.
• Translate business challenges to SAP solutions and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide extended support during weekends for high-priority issues.
• Support rollout projects and post go-live production support.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Minimum of 10+ years of formal education.

• 7-9 years of experience in SAP Project Management, covering implementation, migration, and application support (AMS) engagements.

• Mandatory / Preferred Skills: Core Competencies & General Skills

• Hands-on project management experience in SAP S/4HANA, with specialization in at least one SAP module.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business users and senior leadership.

• Experience in managing incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards, ensuring strict SLA and KPI adherence.

• Proficiency in handling end-to-end AMS support activities, including root cause analysis, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to estimate Project/CR technical effort, timelines, and dependencies for change requests and enhancements

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, track progress, and provide structured and periodic updates to customers.

• Capability to understand business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions, ensuring timely issue resolution.

• Flexibility to provide extended support during critical situations, including weekends for high-priority issues, system restarts, or patch upgrades.

• Proactive mindset to identify opportunities for optimization in existing integrations and recommend multiple solution approaches.

• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle phases including development, testing (unit, integration, functional), go-live, and post-go-live support.

• Ability to manage business user expectations and deliver consistent support services.

• Experience supporting rollout projects and post go-live production support across plants.

• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation experience, including migration and cutover activities.
