Job summary

Arni Medica Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for Medical Disposables (OEM/private-label) to drive new business across pan-India territories and export travel. The role is on-site in India, reporting to the Business Development – Disposables department, with 5–10 years of relevant BD experience.

Based at a major metro base, the candidate will develop OEM opportunities, manage networks, coordinate RFQ cycles, and ensure ISO 13485 readiness while collaborating with R&D, Regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years in medical disposables / surgical consumables sales or OEM / contract-manufacturing business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and OEM/private-label/contract-manufacturing opportunities for medical disposables.
• Build and manage distributor, super-stockist, C&F and stockist networks; drive primary and secondary sales across territories.
• Manage RFQ / quotation, costing & margin negotiation, MOQ, sampling and validation cycles for OEM accounts.
• Coordinate with operations and quality on supply commitments, ISO 13485 compliance and delivery timelines.
• Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings and institutional / tender business development.
• Track targets, collections, credit-period and market intelligence.

About Arni Medica

Arni Medica Private Limited is an ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified medical device and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) manufacturer based at the Medical Devices Park, Sangareddy (Hyderabad), Telangana. We design and manufacture nephrology, infusion therapy, respiratory care and surgical disposables, and are building a full IVD diagnostics franchise spanning clinical chemistry, electrolyte/ISE, blood gas (ABG), fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) and chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) platforms — backed by Class 100K/10K cleanrooms, EtO sterilization and a CDSCO manufacturing licence (MFG/MD/2023/000942).

Key Responsibilities
