Job summary

Psiog Digital in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, invites a dynamic Marketing & BD professional to translate leadership vision into compelling content and collateral that drives revenue. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape market-facing materials and coordinate marketing events across multiple stakeholders.

The role focuses on creating whitepapers, case studies, articles and presentations, while managing the website and social media presence.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in B.E./B.Tech with first class.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
• Proven track record in Sales, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative & technical writing experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and take on challenges.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Basic understanding of Business functions and operations across industries.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling market-facing content such as Whitepapers, Case studies, Articles, Presentations, etc.
• Maintain and enhance content on the existing website
• Manage brand social media handles and improve presence
• Organize, coordinate and conduct internal events by liaising with vendors
• Maintain positive professional relationships with internal stakeholders
• Use modern marketing techniques to improve brand perception and visibility in the market
• Work closely with Subject matter experts to translate on-the-ground operations to easy-to-understand content
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective content
• Promote the company products or services in appropriate forums for better traction and visibility
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure timely deliverables
• Evaluate and use marketing tools to streamline, structure, and automate processes for faster turnaround

Job Overview

As a part of the Business Development wing at Psiog, you will work closely with the leadership and business function heads at Psiog to work on strategic & high-impact assignments that impact revenue. You will have to translate leadership vision into compelling market-facing content and collaterals that will enable the Marketing & Sales teams to generate new business. The role will also entail the coordination/execution of marketing events/activities for the organization while working with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external).

You will be hands-on with the creation of collateral for continuous social media engagement to improve brand perception in the eyes of Customers, Associates, and Investors alike.

Additionally, our dynamic and fast-paced environment will require you to be flexible and adapt quickly by resetting priorities that facilitate challenging deliverables.

Requirements
