Job summary

Marutee in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development of EV battery packs and charging solutions for new platforms. You will work from concept through production readiness, coordinating with hardware, software, and test teams to ensure robust performance and safety.

The role requires deep knowledge of lithium‑ion chemistry, BMS architecture and charger design, with a focus on standards compliance and reliable integration with EV charging infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Lithium-ion battery chemistry and degradation mechanisms.
• Battery pack architecture with module design, thermal management and integration.
• BMS architecture, protection strategies and CAN/LIN communication protocols.
• EV charger design including onboard chargers and charging protocols.
• Understanding of AIS, CMVR, IEC, ISO and UN regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support battery pack and charging system development from concept to production readiness.
