Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow the Base Metals business.
• Build and manage relationships with dealers, refiners, jewelers, banks, financial institutions, and other market participants.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, supply-demand dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the Base metals industry.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage key customer and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support product development and market expansion initiatives.
• Prepare business forecasts, market intelligence reports, and management presentations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to metals trading and distribution.

Role Summary

• Strong understanding of metals markets, products, pricing mechanisms, and industry participants.
• Established network across traders, refiners, banks, commodity firms, or institutional customers.
• Proven track record in business development, relationship management, sales, trading support, or commercial roles.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and drive business outcomes in a dynamic market environment.
• Experience in international markets or cross-border business will be an added advantage, particularly for the Dubai.
