Job summary

Accor in India is seeking a Barista to prepare and serve espresso-based beverages to the highest standards and to greet guests with warmth, contributing to a welcoming café experience.

You will maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, operate espresso machines, and ensure high-quality service that reflects Accor's brand and hospitality ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in hospitality or café.
• Proficiency in espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees.
• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating espresso machines and grinders.
• Excellent customer service with professional demeanor.

Job Description

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees to the highest standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and serving areas in accordance with hotel standards
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Prepare hot and cold beverages including tea, hot chocolate, and other speciality drink

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a hospitality or café
• Proficiency in preparing espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees
• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles
