Job summary

Accor is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage team member to warmly welcome guests, seat them, take orders, and ensure an outstanding dining experience at our luxury hotel venue.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in luxury F&B, strong POS knowledge, and a solid grasp of food safety. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to thrive in our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival at the restaurant or dining venue.
• Seat guests promptly and present menus while providing information about current specials and dining options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and dining experiences based on guest preferences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings while maintaining the ambiance of the dining space.
• Process guest payments accurately and professionally, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Comply with all health, safety, and food service regulations and hotel service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during peak service periods.
