Job summary

Cafe in Bandra is seeking an experienced cafe supervisor to lead guest service, maintain top beverage quality, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will hire and train baristas, create staff schedules, oversee opening/closing, and monitor performance to boost team morale and consistency.

Also responsible for calibrating grinders and espresso equipment, enforcing health and safety guidelines, and ensuring accurate cash handling and POS use.
