Role Description

The Barista role is a full-time, on-site position based at Saplings Coffee Roasters in Nagpur. The Barista will prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and other café beverages according to company recipes and standards. Day-to-day work includes operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling food preparation for light snacks or accompaniments, and managing cash or digital payments at the counter. The Barista will make excellent coffee,greet guests, take orders, answer questions about coffee and menu items, and provide attentive, friendly customer service. The role also involves restocking supplies, supporting opening and closing procedures, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth, efficient café operation.
