Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a senior banking IT professional based in India with 15-20 years of experience in implementing and modernizing banking applications and support services for Indian banking clients.

You will bring deep knowledge of Core Banking, Digital banking, Lending, CRM, Payments, and regulatory compliance, along with SAS Risk Management and agile, service architecture, and cloud integration. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive change and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in banking industry implementing / modernizing banking applications and support services.
• Experience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian banking clients.
• Expert in Core Banking, Digital banking, Lending, CRM, Payments, Operational change management, Banking operations, Lending, CTS, regulatory compliance, AML, etc.
• Experience in Risk Management Applications from SAS (Operation Risk, Market Risk, ALM, FTP)
• Should have managed application level changes as change implementation manager for banking implementation projects.

• Work independently collaborating with internal and external stakeholders understanding functional and integration requirements.
• Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.
• Functional or Techno-functional knowledge of industry standard banking applications.
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
