Qualifications

• 15-20 years in banking industry implementing / modernizing banking applications and support services.
• Experience in large banking implementations and/or application support for Indian banking clients.
• Expert in Core Banking, Digital banking, Lending, CRM, Payments, regulatory compliance, AML.
• Experience in Risk Management Applications from SAS (Operational Risk, Market Risk, ALM, FTP).
• Should have managed application level changes as change implementation manager for banking projects.
• Should work independently with internal and external stakeholders understanding requirements.
• Knowledge in banking domain, especially India-specific requirements.
• Functional or techno-functional knowledge of industry standard banking applications.
• Strong technical acumen with Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
