Job summary

T&m in Navi Mumbai seeks a Senior / Team Leader for Banking Operations & Reconciliation. The role oversees reconciliation, dispute handling, and customer escalations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance.

The incumbent will monitor daily operations, prepare MIS/reports, and drive process improvements while supervising teams and coordinating with SBOSS, GITC, and related units.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• Senior: 2+ years in banking operations, reconciliation, dispute management, or customer support.
• Team Leader: 4+ years with 1–2 years of team handling experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Handle reconciliation, dispute management, exceptions, and customer escalations.
• Monitor daily operations, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
• Prepare and track MIS, management reports, and performance dashboards.
• Conduct root cause analysis, quality checks, and process audits.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including SBOSS, GITC, and relevant teams.
• Ensure adherence to operational SLAs, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Supervise teams, allocate work, and manage workflow for Team Leader-level roles.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Handle customer grievances and critical operational issues.
• Perform other operational responsibilities as assigned by management.
