AU Small Finance Bank is seeking a Business Officer – CASA to drive new CASA accounts and expand the bank's client base in the local market. The role involves field activities, lead generation, and cross-selling a suite of banking products to individuals.

You will maintain relationships with existing customers, achieve monthly targets, and coordinate with branch operations to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation, including KYC checks and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in CASA sales, BFSI sales, or field sales preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to do field work.
