SkillLabs is seeking a CASA Sales Executive to acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products and to build strong customer relationships through field sourcing and lead generation.

The role emphasizes attaining monthly targets, promoting retail banking services, and ensuring KYC compliance while coordinating with branch staff for smooth onboarding and service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire new CASA customers through open market sourcing, referrals, and branch leads.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and customer meetings.
• Promote banking products such as CASA accounts, debit cards, internet banking, and other retail banking services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local businesses.
• Ensure completion of KYC and account opening documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets assigned by the bank.
• Coordinate with branch staff for smooth onboarding and customer service.
• Cross-sell banking products like insurance, FD, loans, and investment products whenever required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow bank compliance and regulatory guidelines.
