Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is hiring a Sales Manager for the Banca Channel in Surat. The role requires at least 1 year of life insurance experience and involves formulating sales plans, leading and training partners, and helping them generate leads and close sales.

The incumbent will be on Kotak Life payroll and will work from the Kotak Securities premises. You will set clear objectives with partners, monitor targets, and support upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales plans for partners to achieve targets.

• Assist partners in generating and tracking leads and closing sales.
• Assist partners in upselling and cross-selling based on need analysis.
• Coordinate ongoing partner training for productive channel performance.
• Collect regular feedback from partners and customers on the selling process and products.
• Review partner sales plans and support growth.

Job description:

1. The incumbent will formulate and implement sales plan for the partner for achieving business targets of sales unit. Lead, motivate and train the partner.
2. Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.
3. Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.
4. Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis
5. Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times.
6. Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products.
7. Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth.
8. The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life.
9. Candidate will be seating in the premises of KOTAK Securities
