Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is hiring a Sales Manager for our Banca Channel in Pune. The role requires about 1 year of life insurance experience. The incumbent will drive sales plans, lead and train partner agents, monitor targets, generate leads, and help with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

The position is based in Pune with a CTC package of 2 LPA to 4.5 LPA, and the employee will be on Kotak Life payroll, working from Kotak Bank premises.

• 1 Year of experience in Life Insurance

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales plan for the partner to achieve business targets for the sales unit.
• Lead, motivate and train the partner.
• Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.
• Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.
• Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers based on need analysis.
• Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times.
• Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction with selling process and products.
• Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth.
• The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life and will be seated in the premises of Kotak Bank.
