• Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell to customers based on need analysis.
• Facilitate partner training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel.
• Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction with selling process and products.
• Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth.
• Employee will be on Kotak Life payroll.
• Candidate will be seated in the premises of AU bank.
