Job summary

Sunshine Manpower in Udaipur is seeking an experienced Bakery & Pastry Chef to lead our bakery operations. You will prepare breads, cakes, pastries and chocolates, ensuring consistent taste, texture and presentation.

With 8-14 years of hands-on expertise, you will manage daily production, maintain hygiene and food safety, train junior staff and coordinate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality desserts and bakery items.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques.
• Proficient in cake decoration, breads, desserts and chocolate work.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage production efficiently.

Responsibilities
