Job summary

Parivar Entertainment Private Limited is seeking a hands-on Bakery Production Associate to prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts in our on-site facility in West Bengal. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality, hygiene, and timely production while maintaining equipment and inventories.

This in-person role offers a monthly salary of ₹11,000–₹30,000 and provides food benefits, with room for growth based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery products including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, quality, presentation, and freshness of all bakery products.
• Follow standardized recipes, production schedules, portion sizes, and food safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely availability.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the bakery.
