Job summary

Parivar Entertainment Private Limited is seeking a bakery production operator to prepare and produce a wide range of bakery products in person at our facilities in India. You will ensure consistent taste, texture, quality and freshness by following standardized recipes and schedules, and by maintaining hygienic standards and proper storage of ingredients.

You will operate ovens, mixers, proofers and related equipment safely, monitor raw material inventory, and collaborate with the store team to

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery products including breads, snacks, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, quality, presentation, and freshness of all bakery products.
• Follow standardized recipes, production schedules, portion sizes, and food safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely availability.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the bakery production area.
• Develop and introduce new bakery products, flavours, recipes, and presentation ideas as required.
• Supervise and guide bakery assistants and junior staff to ensure smooth daily production.
• Minimize wastage by maintaining proper production planning, storage, and material utilization.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining company quality standards and customer requirements.
