• Menu Design: Create new, seasonal desserts and modernize classics to attract customers.
• Decoration: Decorate and plate items using icings, glazes, and toppings for visual appeal.
• Inventory Control: Track baking ingredients, place timely orders, and minimize kitchen waste within a budget.
• Staff Management: Train, guide, and motivate assistant bakers and kitchen staff.
• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain clean workstations and follow food safety and sanitation laws.
