Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th or Diploma and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, viennoiserie, savories, and bakes per company recipes.
• Execute lamination, baking bread, and product development for bakery items.
• Operate baking ovens, mixers, proofers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure quality and consistency of baked goods by following proper techniques and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and prep areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
• Act with integrity and promote the culture and values of HumbleBean Hospitality.

Basic Qualification

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th/ Diploma +
• Work Experience: 1-5 years
• Ability to communicate in English
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Valid Aadhaar Card

• Execute lamination, baking bread, and product development for bakery items.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and preparation areas regularly.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
