Job summary

Tongue Twisters in Ludhiana invites a full-time on-site Baker to join our creative kitchen team. You will prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread and cookies, following standardized recipes and quality standards.

You will measure and mix ingredients, operate bakery equipment, monitor processes, maintain cleanliness and food safety, manage inventory, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production targets. Some involvement in new product ideas may occur.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in Bakery operations and Baking techniques.
• Experience in Food Preparation, including measuring, mixing, and handling ingredients safely.
• Ability to produce a variety of Cookies with consistent quality and presentation.
• Proficiency in baking different types of Bread, including managing dough preparation and baking times.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a commercial bakery or food production setting is preferred.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
