Job summary

TheWebVale is seeking a Backend QA Engineer to build automated API test suites, run load tests, and validate data integrity across clinic management, coaching, and billing platforms. You will work with backend developers and PMs to embed tests into our two-to-three week release cycles.

In a remote-first role with a Bhopal hybrid studio, you will design edge-case data, run stress tests, and verify authentication, permissions, and token expiry boundaries before production deployments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years QA experience focused on backend systems and APIs.
• Proficiency scripting in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience testing REST APIs and inspecting SQL or MongoDB data.
• Understanding HTTP specs, status codes, payload validation, and auth headers.
• Experience with performance testing tools like k6 or JMeter.
• Ability to communicate test findings clearly with engineers.
