Job summary

Daalchini Technologies is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable services using Java and Spring Boot. You will own REST APIs, ensure data consistency with MySQL and MongoDB, and work on event-driven systems with Kafka/ActiveMQ.

You'll deploy on AWS, implement ELK for logging and monitoring, and collaborate across product, frontend, and DevOps teams to drive reliable, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of backend development experience.
• Strong Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot expertise.
• Solid microservices and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB (query optimization, indexing, schema design).
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or ActiveMQ.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• ELK logging/monitoring familiarity.
• Scripting knowledge in Node.js or Python.
• Understanding API security, authentication, and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
