Job summary

Sirius Lync India is seeking a Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the core backend components of our omnichannel dialer platform in Gurugram. You will build RESTful APIs with Node.js, optimiz e PostgreSQL and Redis data flows, and integrate telephony APIs for outbound/inbound calling, IVR, and automated routing.

The role demands 3+ years of backend experience, hands-on work with dialer/telephony systems, and strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years backend development with Node.js for scalable apps
• Hands-on experience with dialer/telephony platforms and CPaaS
• Experience building inbound/outbound workflows, call management, and agent mgmt
• Integration of telephony APIs and SIP-based systems
• Strong IVR design and call routing knowledge
• Solid PostgreSQL and caching/real-time data handling

About the Role:

As a Backend Developer specializing in dialer and telephony systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend components of our omnichannel dialer platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build RESTful APIs using Node.js
• Optimize PostgreSQL + Redis data flow
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js for omnichannel dialer platform
• Integrate telephony APIs to enable outbound and inbound calling, SMS, and other communication channels

• Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years backend dev with strong Node.js for scalable apps, microservices, REST APIs[Mandatory]
• Min 1+ years hands-on working on Dialer, Telephony, IVR, Contact Center, Auto/Predictive Dialer, Voice Bot, or CPaaS products[Mandatory]
• Hands-on developing & maintaining backend services for calling platforms - inbound/outbound workflows, call mgmt, tracking, agent mgmt[Mandatory]
• Exp integrating telephony APIs, SIP-based systems, Voice/Call/SMS APIs[Mandatory]
• Strong understanding of IVR design, call routing logic, automation workflows, queues, agent assignment, escalation[Mandatory]
• Strong database exp with PostgreSQL and preferably Redis for caching/session/queue/real-time[Mandatory]
• Domain - CPaaS, Contact Center, Telephony, Communication Platforms, Voice Tech, Conversational AI, Voice Bot, Customer Engagement, Unified Communications, or SaaS product[Mandatory]
• Candidates immediately available or can join within 15 days[Mandatory]
• Delhi NCR willing to relocate to Gurugram preferred[Mandatory]
• Preferred - AWS/Azure/GCP
