Job summary

Dash Financial Servises in Odisha, India; Role focuses on telecalling and customer interaction to generate appointments and leads. You will explain our insurance and mutual fund services and maintain accurate customer records.

The ideal candidate has at least a 10th pass, comfortable with MS Word/Excel, and can work full-time from the office. Freshers are welcome; owning a laptop or vehicle is a plus, and good Odia/Hindi communication is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers and generate appointments/leads.
• Explain basic information about our insurance and mutual fund services to customers.
• Maintain customer records, documents and databases.
• Assist in day-to-day office administration and documentation.
• Perform basic computer work, data entry, email and internet-related tasks.
• Coordinate with customers and support the sales team.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification 10th Pass; higher qualification will be preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates having their own personal laptop/desktop computer will be preferred. Candidates having their own two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be preferred. Candidates who do not own a vehicle but possess a valid driving licence will also be considered.
• Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, insurance, banking, mutual funds or office administration will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email and internet.
• Good communication skills in Odia and Hindi; basic English communication will be an advantage.
• Should be confident, polite, presentable and willing to learn.
• Should be comfortable working from the office on a full-time basis.
