Job summary

HK Orgo Exports is hiring a Back Office Executive. Freshers are welcome; 5 days working week. You will handle data entry in Excel, keep sales, purchase and stock records, and coordinate with sales, warehouse and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.

You will also process customer orders and generate daily to monthly reports, contributing to efficient back-office operations and business visibility.

Qualifications

• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Good command of data entry and basic reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
