Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a capable software engineer with 6-8 years of experience in Java/J2EE or Python, Spring stack, and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms. Qualifications

• Strong technical background in JAVA, J2EE or Python with Spring stack.
• Experience with OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) and NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB).
• Experience in building microservices and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design.
• Experience with agile and Kanban processes.
• Strong communication with stakeholders; ability to manage scope, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables.
• Prior work in product engineering/development; banking/fintech experience is a plus.
